You never know where you find the most help in dealing with alcoholism. I found mine when God answered my years of crying out to Him to make me stop. He allowed me to get a DUI. Up to that point there was a rollercoaster of my willpower, guilt, failure, rebellion, repentence, and more failure. As a result of my DUI I had to go to the manditory classes, and thats where I met BOB, my drunkteacher. He taught me the 4 step program to stop drinking.
Step 1 Breathe in
Step 2 Dont Drink Alcohol
Step 3 Breathe out
Step 4 Repeat the first 3 steps.
If you follow these simple steps you'll never drink booze again. Its been 2 years by the grace of God I am Sober, and I am truly loving it.
